It's hard to play favorites with our selection of tinned fish riches but...let's just say Minnow Trout is one of our true desert-island products. These smoky fish fillets are so good, we like to pop the tin straight onto a bed of arugula with a squeeze of lemon for a perfect lunch al desko. 

Delicately smoked filets of trout hail from Denmark, where they are sustainably farmed and certified by the ASC. After the filets are smoked, they are packed boneless and skinless in tins with rapeseed oil.
