Big Night Shipping Policies:
Online orders are fulfilled in-house by Big Night. We ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), and will work our hardest to fulfill your order within 5 business days of purchase. Please note: the shipping timeframes you see at checkout are representative of transit time, and do not account for the time it takes us to pack orders.
We pack and ship orders in the order they are received. All of our shipping is through UPS and USPS. We currently only ship within the USA.
Please select a secure shipping location when placing your order. Big Night cannot accept responsibility for packages that are lost, misplaced, or stolen after the shipping carrier has confirmed delivery to the correct address.
We currently offer flat-rate shipping, as outlined below:
Standard Flat Rate for all orders under 3lbs: $15
Standard Flat Rate for all orders over 3lbs: $25
UPS 2 Day Flat Rate for all orders: $30
Free in-store pick-up is also available at our Greenpoint and West Village stores. Pick-up orders can be picked up during store hours. If you need your order same-day, please shoot us an email at hello@bignightbk.com.
Big Night Holiday Order Deadline:
Our order deadline is December 12th for Ground delivery by December 24th. For Expedited delivery, our order deadline is December 15th. Please note, this means that we will ensure the order ships out from our fulfillment locations with enough time for it to arrive to its final destination per the shipping carriers estimations. Big Night cannot assume responsibility for any carrier delays that may occur due to inclement weather or carrier service disruptions.
Big Night Return Policies:
We want you to love your Big Night items as much as we do! But if you’ve changed your mind on any home item, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of your order, for store credit or exchange only. Please note: all food items and gift cards are final sale.
For the Holiday season, all orders placed after December 1st, 2025 will be eligible for an extended return/exchange window until January 15th, 2026.
Before sending back your item please email hello@bignightbk.com to get your return approved. All items must be returned in original and unused condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and all costs for the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns are not accepted after 14 days of receipt of order placed in-store or the date of delivered shipment for online orders.

If a prepaid label is needed, please request one by emailing us at hello@bignightbk.com. The cost of postage will be deducted from the store credit total. Upon receipt of your package, Big Night will email you to confirm your store credit or exchange.
Online orders may also be returned in person at our brick-and-mortar Big Night store within 14 days of the date of delivered shipment during our normal business hours. We will issue you a store credit, or you may exchange your items for something new.
If you receive any items that were damaged in shipping, please take photos of the damaged item and all packaging materials including the box/parcel, and forward photos to Big Night. We’ll get you squared away with a replacement as soon as possible.
