Happy on a cheeseboard or cozied up with a spritz, these crackers are an eat-by-the-handful kind of good. Two brothers, Francesco and Vito, left their desk jobs to preserve their culinary heritage and created this line of traditional Italian snacks from Puglia.
ORIGINAL: Anything but plain.
FENNEL: A warm, sweet anise flavor that excites, but doesn't overpower.
PIZZA: Just like a slice, flavored with oregano, tomato, and garlic.
