Cherry tomatoes, harvested at the peak of summer, then semi-dried, then jarred in delicious olive oil. These tomatoes are incredibly bright and flavorful, liven up pretty much any dish you can imagine, and are also a frankly luxurious snack to have out for Aperitivo Hour. Some of our favorite ways to eat them: on a sandwich, tossed into a pasta just before serving, chopped up and spooned onto Chicken Milanese...oh, and don't forget about the oil they're sitting in. It's gold for frying eggs and so much more. If you can't tell, we think these are an absolute pantry essential.
