Kick off your New Year's Eve with Big Night Caviar. We have everything you need for a very special caviar moment at home — now all you have to decide is how Big you want to go. Preorder either a la carte tins of caviar, or for the full experience, one of our Big Night Caviar Kits.

Our Preorder deadline is 12/28. Your caviar preorders will be ready for you to pick up at Big Night WEST VILLAGE on 12/30. We do not ship caviar.

Caviar A La Carte

• Ossetra (30g Tin) $90 - Small, dark beads with glitters of gold and a rounded yet slightly briny flavor. This 30g tin is enough for two to share - or for one person to have a personal caviar moment. 
• Keluga (30g Tin) $110 - Plumper, green-gold, slightly richer in flavor but still feather-light.  This 30g tin is enough for two to share - or for one person to have a personal caviar moment.
• Siberian Select (125g Tin) $255 - Smooth, silky, black beads, in a party-size tin for 4-8 people (depending on how good those people are at sharing). 

Big Caviar Kit - $225
An ideal spread for two to four people spooning right out of the tin.
