Our Preorder deadline is 12/26. All caviar preorders will be ready for you to pick up at Big Night GREENPOINT on 12/30 or 12/31. We do not ship caviar.

Caviar À La Carte

• Ossetra (50g Tin) $155 - Small, dark beads with glitters of gold and a rounded yet slightly briny flavor. This 30g tin is enough for two to share - or for one person to have a personal caviar moment. 
• Keluga (50g Tin) $185 - Plumper, green-gold, slightly richer in flavor but still feather-light.  This 30g tin is enough for two to share - or for one person to have a personal caviar moment.
• Ossetra (125g Tin) $360 - Small, dark beads with glitters of gold and a rounded yet slightly briny flavor, in a party-size tin for 4-8 people (depending on how good those people are at sharing). 
• Keluga (125g Tin) $425 - Plumper, green-gold, slightly richer in flavor but still feather-light, in a party-size tin for 4-8 people (depending on how good those people are at sharing). 

Big Caviar Kit - $360
An ideal spread for two to four people spooning right out of the tin. Kit includes:
