Karikari is just one of the words that translates to “crispy” in Japanese, which is fitting because this is one of the crispiest, crunchiest chili crisps we’ve ever tried. This is a chili crisp for the garlic lovers out there, with shallots, peanuts, Sichuan peppercorn, and just a touch of sweetness that makes it (and anything you spoon it over) pop.
