Island Creek x Mariscadora Mussels in Pickled Sauce

From Island Creek Oysters, the team behind some of the world’s finest oysters from Duxbury Bay, Massachusetts, this is a new line of tinned fish in collaboration with Mariscadora, a cannery based in Galicia, Spain. These mussels taste as if they were just plucked from the ocean and are perfect straight out of the tin. They have a beautifully delicate texture and are coated in a light vinegar sauce.
