The Estate Blend is a balanced blend of their Arbequina, Arbosana, and Koroneiki olives, offering a smooth and versatile oil that is ideal for everyday use, while the Ultra Premium Blend is a once-a-year pressing, which captures the earliest, most vibrant character of their olives: bold, green, peppery, and full of nuance.
