Deux Cranes was founded by Michiko Marron-Kibbey, who grew up in Japan and the US, surrounded by a mix of cultures now inform her creative practice in chocolate. She and her team thoughtfully handcraft each bar in Northern California, using incredible chocolate sourced from Valrhona, in Tain L’Hermitage, France, celebrating the flavors and aesthetics in both Japanese and French culinary traditions.
