Amaro Soaked Cherries

Easily some of the best cocktail cherries we've ever encountered. Made in Brooklyn, these cherries are sourced from Michigan, then macerated in St. Agrestis' amaro — a traditional process that imparts the herbal, bittersweet, savory, boozy amaro flavors onto the naturally tart cherries. After 12 weeks, they reach peak flavor. A perfect match for Manhattans and Whiskey Sours, or simply mixed with soda and bitters.
