Lucia & Carlos, a Spanish-American wife and husband team based in Los Angeles, created Siesta Co. to make the gourmet Spanish flavors that they grew up eating more accessible. All of their seafood is responsibly caught and sustainably farmed in Galicia, Spain.
Our Siesto Co. Trio includes:
- Sardines in extra virgin olive oil that are flaky and tender, hand-packed individually in organic extra virgin olive oil with a touch of sea water.
- Mussels hand tinned in escabeche – a delicious marinade of organic extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, paprika and sea salt.
- Mackerel (skinless, boneless) in extra virgin olive oil with a touch of sea salt.
